iPROTEST!<\/p>\n

iPROTEST the imbalanced value judgment
\nof beautiful Mother Nature as lightweight
\niPROTEST the immediate dismissal of flowers,
\ntrees, parks, and gardens as “not meaningful art”
\niPROTEST disenfranchised artists who do not
\nhave the credentials to impress the power elite
\nclients of gallerists.
\niPROTEST separative judgments based on
\nself-serving lies
\niPROTEST the ongoing threat to NYC\u2019s community
\n gardens from parasitic developers
\niPROTEST by showing my 3 reddest paintings,
\nred being the color of life
\nand, i am PRO parks and gardens and art and artists!<\/p>\n

\nJerry Pagane, Carolyn Ratcliffe, Mike Rimbaud, Gene Reynolds,
\nBonnie Rosenstock, Morena Saenz, Suki Weston, Suzanne Wilde,

\nThe exhibit explores concepts and issues of Protest! in painting,
\nphotography, sculpture, mixed media and text. Demonstrations have
\nspread across the globe as people demand changes – a refusal to
\naccept the status quo of dictatorships, corporate greed and laying
\nwaste to the environment. Join us for our
\nOpening Reception: Wednesday, November 9th, 5:30-8pm
