Since I painted and posted this painting, proposed NYC Library cuts are threatening to close to the doors on Tompkins Square Library. This is one of the largest Libraries in NYC and can host the largest groups; closing the Tompkins Sq Library also closes programs for children and learning and artistic facilities for the entire community.

    Saw a link to this page on my facebook – I am a cousin of Janet Nash. I am so glad I looked. Your work is marvelous, I feel like I could almost step into one and walk around! I think my favorite, for today, is Howling Tree, although, Squash growing in compost is right there, too! Thanks!!
